1. How to Reset User Password
- Search for the client by entering the respective email address or Client ID in the search bar on the top of your dashboard. Click on the ‘Search’ Icon or press enter.
- You will be taken to the ‘KYC’ section of the client along with ‘User Summary’
- At the bottom of of the ‘User Summary’ in the left column, click on ‘Reset Password for User’
- An email will be sent to the user to reset their password.

2. How to Reassign a clients’ RM
- Click on the icon ⇌ next to your user name.
- Enter the registered email address or Client ID of the Client whose RM you wish to change.
- Enter the name of the RM to whom you want to assign the respective client.
- Click on ‘OK’ to confirm the switch and new assignee
You have successfully assigned a different RM to your Client!
3. How to Filter Users and Create Client Groups
- Click on ‘My Customers’ icon in the left navigation column
- Click on the ‘Filter’ button
- Apply any of the filters as necessary and the filters will be applied and the clients that satisfy the criteria applied will be displayed below.
- Click on ‘Add to group’ if you wish to create a group with the clients that satisfy the respective criteria
- Enter the required fields of information in the popup and click on 'Save’
You have successfully created a Client group!
4. How to Send Messages
4a. How to Send Bulk Messages
- Click on the ‘Bulk Messages’ tab in the left navigation column
- Fill in the required fields. You can send the message to multiple user groups or multiple users or both
- Click on ‘Send Message’
- Click ‘OK’ on the popup displayed to confirm the action.
You have successfully sent a message to numerous Clients!
4b. How to Send Messages to Individual Clients
- Search for the user to whom you wish to send a message
- Click on ‘Messages’ in the left navigation column
- Proceed to the ‘UPDATES’ section by clicking on the same
- Click on ‘New Message’
- Fill in the necessary information in the required fields
- Click on ‘Send’
You have successfully sent a message to your Client!
