1. How to Bookmark Kristals
- Enter the registered email address or Kristal ID of the Client, for whom you wish you to bookmark Kristals
- Click on the ‘Search’ Icon or press enter.
- Click on the ‘Explore’ and choose the Kristal you want to Bookmark
- Click on the Bookmark option.

You can check whether it has been bookmarked or not in the Bookmarks section below the Explore section
You have successfully Bookmarked Kristals for your Client!
2. How to run Advisory Algo
2a. Adding Additional Funds
- Enter the registered email address or Kristal ID of the Client, for whom you wish to run the Advisory Algo
- Click on the ‘Search’ Icon or press enter
- Click on 'Run Advisory' if there are additional funds that need to be deployed
- Enter Valid details and click on the 'Run Advisory' button to get the output of the algo
- In the Output, you will see a basic asset allocation along with a detailed description of various ETFs that should be added to the portfolio.
- You can also use the 'Export' button to get the recommendation in an Excel format.
2b. Rebalancing
- Click on 'Rebalance' if no additional funds are being added and you just want to rebalance the existing portfolio.
- For rebalancing, choose the account that you want to rebalance from the drop down and run the algo.
You have successfully run the Advisory Algo for your Client!
3. How to View Asset Allocation of a Client?
- Enter the registered email address or Kristal ID of the Client, whose asset allocation you want to check.
- Click on the ‘Search’ Icon or press enter.
- Click on ‘Accounts’ tab on the left navigation column
- Select the account for which you want to see the asset allocation or asset class exposure
- Click on View Analytics in the Portfolio Summary box and you will see an asset allocation of the client.
This will be a summary of all the investments in the different accounts.
4. How to View Holdings and Trade-Logs of a Client?
- Enter the registered email address or Kristal ID of the Client, whose holdings or trade-logs you want to check.
- Click on the ‘Search’ Icon or press enter.
- Click on ‘Accounts’ tab on the left navigation column.
- Select the account whose holdings or trade-logs you wish to see.
4a. Positions/Holdings: All executed positions / holdings are visible in the Customer Portal and RM App under the respective Account
4b. Trade Logs: All Trade details are visible in the Customer Portal and RM App under the respective Account. As RM, you receive an email after the daily refresh with an attachment containing details of all trades done under a Client ID. This email can be shared with the Client
4c. Orders: Order for Stocks and ETF are visible under Order tab soon after they are placed.
You can even export the holdings as a .csv file using the ‘Export’ button on the right corner
