1. Total net worth is more than SGD 2M.
2. Financial net worth is more than SGD1M 

                          For net worth:

• Bank/Broker/Custodian (NSDL/CDSL) statement from last 3 months old.
• CA certificate issued in the last 3 months.               

1. Annual income is more than SGD 300,000

•  Company letter issued in last 3 months indicating annual income
