Interactive Brokers is a U.S.A. headquartered brokerage firm and the largest electronic trading platform in the U.S. (by a number of daily average revenue trades). Interactive Brokers uses the custody services of HSBC to safeguard Customers assets.
Saxo Capital Markets Pte Ltd (‘Saxo Markets’) is a company authorised and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saxo Bank A/S, headquartered in Denmark. Saxo uses Citibank’s global custody services.
Both of these firms are globally trusted names in the investment industry. However, in the unlikely scenario that either of the firms shuts down, be rest assured that your investments shall remain safe. All client monies/assets managed by brokers are required to be held in separate accounts tagged to the client and are never mixed up with the brokers’ own assets.
Kristal.AI will take all the necessary steps to ensure your investments do not suffer. We will transfer your holdings to another broker, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
