There is a 30% withholding tax on all dividends for US-based ETFs, but this is withheld so you don't see it in your account.
You will see it in the monthly report summary, there is a column saying "taxes". So if the dividend is 1 dollar every quarter, you will receive 70 cents in your account as available cash.
