What is the difference between Digital Solution and Private Wealth Solution?

All clients of Kristal.AI are considered under Digital Solution. 

Customers who meet the following criteria may choose to opt-in to be classified as Accredited Investors/Private Wealth Clients, and be part of our Private Wealth offering by providing proof of the following and signing the ‘Accredited Investor Opt-In Agreement’.

Criteria:

  1. Annual Income in the preceding year is Singapore Dollars 300,000/- (or equivalent in foreign currency); OR
  2. Total Net Worth is Singapore Dollars 2,000,000/- (or equivalent in foreign currency), of which Singapore Dollars 1,000,000/- (or equivalent in foreign currency) is held in financial assets (Liquid Net Worth).

Supporting Documents:

  1. Tax Invoices (IRAS Statements) OR Proof of Salary for the last 12 months
  2. Bank Statements
