What happens when the company goes public?

Once the company goes public or after the occurrence of any liquidity event,  Kristal.AI, at its sole discretion, may after the lock-up period

  1. transfer the shares to your account
    Or 
  2. credit the proceeds from the sale of shares to your Kristal account
