Can I deposit from a joint bank account?

Yes, you can! However, because of MAS regulations, we require the name in the Kristal Account to match that of the bank accounts, you will need to make a joint account in Kristal.AI to deposit from a joint account. 

 

To create a joint account, please follow the following steps.

  1. Create an account for each of the joint account holders and complete the KYC process for BOTH accounts.
  2. Drop an email to compliance@kristal.ai and cc support@kristal.ai, after which you will indicate which is the Primary and Secondary Account.
  3. The compliance team will send an addendum to both primary and secondary holders via an email which will need to be signed before 
  4. The support team will then reach out to assist you with the creation of the joint account.
